Wedding Inspiration & Past Events
Are you considering a wedding at Catalina Restaurant? Our Sydney wedding planner loves this venue. With a contemporary Australian menu and an equally impressive wine list, Catalina Restaurant in Lyne Park Rose Bay in the Eastern Suburbs has all the right ingredients for a successful wedding. What our Sydney wedding planner really admires in this venue in particular is the longevity of the staff who call the place home. They care as much for their guests as they do the venue, and the service (not to mention the food) really shines. When hosting a wedding is as much about impressing upon your guests, then Catalina at Rose Bay nails the brief.
This venue glimmers on the water during the warmer months and longer days. Guests mingling along the terrace enjoying canapes and maybe perhaps a little Billecart is quite a treat. The oyster bar is always a great touch and a brilliant conversation starter and I love the added ambience of a roaming acoustic set to warm the crowd up and prepare them for a wonderful evening ahead.
Many of our couples now are trying to find new and interesting ways to make their own weddings unique. Being located on the water and directly next to the public wharf at Rose Bay, a popular touch with this venue is to send guests on water transfers directly from the ceremony. Guests can easily disembark and wander 100m up to the restaurant door. McKell Park up around the corner at Darling Point is the perfect pairing for a ceremony. Our sydney wedding planner can assist with moving your guests from one point to another, and even arrange your water transfers for you.
