Australian Shipping
The cost of the shipping will be calculated based off the weight of the products and your location.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. Tracking details for your order will also be sent to you in an email.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on our products.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@girlfridayweddings.com.au
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Defects or Damaged Products
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. However, if your product(s) happens to be damaged, please contact shop@girlfridayweddings.com.au and we will be more than happy to help.
Late or missing refunds
